주식회사 엘리즈(이하 「회사」)는 개인정보 보호법에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 빠르게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 두고 공개합니다.
제1조 (개인정보의 처리 목적)
회사는 다음의 목적으로 개인정보를 처리합니다. 목적이 달라질 때에는 미리 동의를 받습니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 파기)

전자적인 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 삭제하고, 종이에 출력된 것은 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.
제7조 (정보주체의 권리와 행사 방법)
이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대하여 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구하실 수 있습니다.
요구는 이메일(hello@elisebusan.com) 또는 전화(051-403-8253)로 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
대리인을 통해서도 권리를 행사하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 위임장을 제출해 주셔야 합니다.
회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 이용하는 경우에는 법정대리인이 예약을 신청해 주셔야 합니다.
회사는 이용자의 권리 행사를 이유로 불이익을 주지 않습니다.
제8조 (개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치)
개인정보를 다루는 사람을 꼭 필요한 최소한으로 두고 있습니다.
개인정보가 오가는 모든 구간에 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)을 사용합니다.
개인정보가 담긴 계정에는 비밀번호와 2단계 인증을 적용하고 있습니다.
개인정보가 담긴 문서와 저장장치는 잠금장치가 있는 곳에 보관합니다.

ELISE Inc. (the “company”) protects the personal data of its guests in accordance with Korea's Personal Information Protection Act, and publishes this policy so that any concern can be dealt with promptly.
1. Why we process personal data
The company processes personal data for the purposes below. If a purpose changes, consent is obtained beforehand.
Receiving and confirming booking requests, and agreeing the schedule

Card numbers, account details and other payment credentials are handled directly by the payment provider. The company neither receives nor stores them.

3. How long we keep it
Booking request details are kept for one year after the booking has taken place, then destroyed. That period exists so that enquiries and disputes can be answered.

6. Destroying personal data
Once the retention period has passed or the purpose has been fulfilled, personal data is destroyed without delay.
Electronic files are deleted by a method that leaves them unrecoverable; printed material is shredded or incinerated.
7. Your rights
You may ask at any time to see your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, or to have its processing stopped.
Ask by email (hello@elisebusan.com) or by phone (+82 51-403-8253). The company acts without delay.
You may act through a representative, who must present written authority.
The company does not collect the personal data of children under 14. Where a child under 14 is to use the venue, a legal guardian must make the booking.
The company will not disadvantage you for exercising these rights.
8. How we keep data safe
The number of people who handle personal data is kept to the minimum necessary.
All transmission of personal data uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Accounts holding personal data are protected by a password and two-step verification.
Documents and storage media containing personal data are kept in a locked place.

11. Changes to this policy
This policy takes effect on 1 September 2026. Any addition, removal or correction will be posted on the site at least 7 days before it takes effect.
